ATN Bangla , the first private satellite channel in Bangladesh, has set-up a website to give the viewers another opportunity to know about its news and program. The success of the channel will depend on how the viewers feel about it. On the part of ATN Bangla , it will spare on come up to the expectation of viewers all over world.
An illustrious son of Bengal and Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore made it known to the world that Bangla was a rich language. He also showed that literary pieces of world standard could be composed in Bengali. He did it a long time ago. In recent times, ATN Bangla carried Bangla with all its richness to the doorsteps of international community through the satellite channel. Commercially satellite came in 1995 in this country bringing in new technology and new format of entertainment. People jumped on the new channels and foreign culture. There was no satellite channel in Bengali at that time. The new generation started growing considerably influenced by the foreign culture. Bangla, Bengali and Bangladesh started loosing attraction to the new generation. 15th July, 1997.
